is one of the most potent antiviral herbs in Ayurveda. Shown to boost defenses against infective threats, this plant enhances the body’s immune responses. It relieves a lack of appetite by stimulating the digestive fire. As a result, it can improve taste and even relieve gas accumulation.

 

Although indigenous to the subcontinent of India, tulsi is also one of the most utilized adaptogens in the western world.
